What this form collects

The protected wealth and tax assessments ask for contact details, planning priorities and financial information relevant to your request. Do not include Social Security numbers, account or policy numbers, payment credentials or medical records.

When your answers are saved

Answers remain in page memory while you complete the assessment. They are not automatically saved to browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page can lose your draft. Selecting Submit sends the profile over HTTPS to this website’s hosted intake service.

Who receives it

The submission is stored in the site’s database and is accessible through an owner-restricted inbox for Andre at GODSPEED. Notification emails, when enabled, contain a reference and a link to the private inbox, not your financial answers. Hosting infrastructure processes the request to operate this service. No automatic submission to any financial institution occurs.

Purpose and follow-up

Andre uses your submission to personally review your wealth or tax planning priorities and identify potential approaches for further discussion. Any product recommendation, illustration, application or wider sharing requires further review. Text follow-up is optional and can be stopped by asking Andre.

Retention and your requests

Profiles are retained for the planning inquiry and applicable recordkeeping needs. To request access, correction or deletion, contact andrepv@thisisgodspeed.com. Legal or regulatory requirements may limit deletion. Do not put sensitive financial information into an ordinary email.

Technical data

The service uses a short-lived security cookie and a hashed request identifier for abuse prevention. Fonts may load from Google Fonts, which receives normal connection information, but not your questionnaire answers. No marketing analytics or advertising trackers are installed on this assessment.
